Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A non-refundable £75 booking deposit is included in every booking to secure your appointment.

Cancellations

• If you cancel your booking for any reason, £75 will be retained as a non-refundable deposit.

• Any remaining balance paid (if applicable) will be refunded in accordance with this policy, less the £75 deposit.

Rescheduling

• You are welcome to reschedule your booking; however, each time an appointment is rescheduled, an additional £75 of your payment will be treated as a non-refundable deposit.

• This means that if you cancel after rescheduling, £75 will be deducted from any refund for each reschedule that has taken place.

Examples:

• No reschedules, then cancellation: £75 retained.

• One reschedule, then cancellation: £150 retained.

• Two reschedules, then cancellation: £225 retained.

Short-Notice Cancellations (Hair & Makeup Bookings)

If your booking includes makeup and you cancel at short notice, a £50 rebooking fee will be required before a new appointment can be booked. This fee covers the cost of the makeup artist, who must still be paid for the reserved time.
