With the support of her coach and gym friend, who both came along to support her, Laura had lost an incredible 4 stone and completely transformed her life.

For her boudoir photography experience, Laura also had her professional hair and makeup done, giving her the chance to sit back, relax and be completely pampered before stepping in front of the camera.

But this boudoir photography session wasn’t really about the number on the scales. It was about everything that came with it.

The confidence. The strength. The woman underneath it all finally starting to see herself differently.

And then, during her session, I heard those magic words:

“Is that me?”

Yes, Laura. It is. ❤️

Those moments are exactly why I love what I do.

Because the best transformations aren’t always physical. Sometimes the biggest change is the way you look at yourself — and learning to see the woman in front of the camera with the same kindness and admiration that everyone else can see.

Laura is such a warm soul, and she deserves to love herself in the very best way.

Laura, thank you for coming to me, for trusting me and for allowing me to be part of such an important moment. I know stepping in front of the camera wasn’t easy, and I don’t take that trust lightly.

You’ve absolutely smashed it.
