Plus Size Boudoir Photography in Scotland – Every Body Is Welcome
One question I’ve been asked more and more recently is, “Do you photograph plus size women?” The answer is simple: Absolutely.
At Robyn Allan Photography, I believe boudoir photography is for every woman, regardless of shape, size, age, or confidence level. Every body deserves to be celebrated, and creating a safe, empowering experience is at the heart of everything I do.
If you’re feeling apprehensive or nervous, please know that’s completely normal. Many women feel that way before their session, and taking a look at my Google reviews may help put your mind at ease—there are hundreds of them from women who were once in exactly your shoes.
So why don’t you see more plus size women on my website or social media?
The answer is my strict no-share policy.
Your boudoir photographs are exactly that – yours. I never share images without your full permission. While I’m incredibly grateful to the clients who choose to let me showcase their photographs, many women understandably prefer to keep their session private. This is especially true for many of my plus size clients, and I completely respect that.
Privacy is one of the reasons so many women choose Robyn Allan Photography. You can relax knowing your images will never appear online unless you’ve specifically said you’re happy for them to be shared.
If you’ve been thinking about booking a boudoir session but have worried that you might be “too curvy” or “not the right size,” please know there is no such thing. My job is to pose, light, and guide you in a way that makes you feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful.
Whether you’re celebrating yourself, marking a milestone, or simply stepping outside your comfort zone, I’d love to create an experience that reminds you just how incredible you are.
If you’re looking for plus size boudoir photography, body confidence photography, or an experienced boudoir photographer who welcomes every woman, I’d love to hear from you.
Because confidence isn’t a dress size—it’s how you feel when you see yourself through someone else’s eyes.
