Why I Started Offering Dog Portrait Photography

If you know me personally, you’ll already know one very important thing about me — I absolutely adore dogs. In fact, I have five of my own, so my house is never quiet, never spotless, and definitely never short on personality.

Dogs are family. They’re there for the best days, the difficult days, the routines, the chaos, and the calm. They become such a huge part of our lives that it only makes sense to capture them in a meaningful way.

That’s exactly why I’ve decided to officially launch dog portrait photography alongside the other photography services I already offer.

Why Working With Dogs Matters to Me

Because I live with five dogs myself, I understand that every dog is completely different. Some are energetic, some are nervous, some refuse to sit still unless snacks are involved — and that’s perfectly okay.

My sessions are designed to be relaxed, patient, and pressure-free. I want your dog’s personality to come through naturally rather than forcing stiff poses or stressful situations.

Whether your dog is confident and playful or shy and cautious, the goal is always the same: creating beautiful portraits that genuinely feel like them.
